Training Camps for Groups
Throughout the year we host various training weekends and day trips from trail running to introduction to adventure and swim camps. We will post on our booking page when we have tickets on sale.
SOFA 2 SUMMIT: Beginners running course
Sofa 2 Summit follows a Scottish Athletics and UK Athletics approved training program for beginner runners. In addition we will cover up hill walking and trail running. The 10 week course will end with a group parkrun and guided walk up local summit, Beinn Lora.
S2S is a 10 week block course in Oban. Email for more information or watch out for our booking page with the next program block after Christmas.
Outdoor Swimming, SwimRun, Cycling & Trail Running
Whether you are a beginner or experienced swimmer or runner we can cater for what you are looking for, offering wild dips to long distance training swims and scenic hikes to ridgeline running or even cycling in between them. Tell us what you want and we can arrange!
We offer fully insured & bespoke guided swims in the seas and lochs and guided runs on the trails and mountains around Oban. Location will vary based on the current weather, tides and daylight. A number of our swim locations provide views of castle ruins and wildlife spotting opportunities, including seals and sea birdlife.

Goal Setting and Performance Coaching
This coaching package offers a flexible and confidential intervention that helps the athlete identify their goals, overcome potential barriers and identify the steps towards achieving their goals. It can be a one off pre-race or pre-season session or a 12 week (6 sessions) program.
We will work with you on a one-to-one basis to address specific sport-related challenges relating to team working, training and performance. In essence, coaches assist the coachee to resolve, avoid or predict challenging situations. Coaching is designed to help enable sporting and personal development to the point of individual growth and improved performance. It helps to unlock potential, facilitating positive change and increased motivation.
