WayInside

Here in the UK we are in 'lockdown' during the COVID-19 pandemic, so WayOutside has turned indoors for this period and bring you WayInside!

Here are a collection of free resources, inspiration and also free virtual fitness communities you and your family can join!

Please refer to current Government and NHS guidance during this time.

Live in a multi-story home? Try stair reps! As a child I could not go outside and run by myself if late/dark so my Dad had me run up and down our stairs 20 times instead!

RTGCycling have made all their premium features free during COVID-19. This is quite techy! The software requires a lot of computing power simultaneously via your laptop and your phone and I think a power metre.

social Distance sports

Max and I will be using out once a day outdoor exercise allocation to run and cycle from our our homes sticking to between 30mins and and hour. We are lucky to also live on a loch so keeping risk to a minimum we may have a tiny swim now and again.
Ultimately, we do not want to take part in any activity that would put others at risk.
For at home outdoor exercise we are lucky to have a garden and will if possible (not raining) use this space to use the turbo bike trainer, do body weight work outs and even do stair reps!
